RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
GENERAL POLICY
At unproven.studio, we strive to provide detailed sizing information and styling advice to ensure you find the perfect fit. To maintain operational efficiency and keep our pricing competitive, we operate under a strict "All Sales Final" policy. Please review your cart and size selection carefully before confirming your purchase.
1. HONG KONG & MACAU (Local Orders)
ALL SALES FINAL / NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.
- Policy: We do not offer returns, refunds, or size exchanges for local orders. Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled.
- Sizing Advice: We strongly recommend checking our size charts, reading the "Sizing & Measurements" section on the product page, or contacting us via Instagram/Email for advice before purchasing.
- Exceptions: Exceptions are only made for defective or incorrect items (see Section 3).
2. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (US, UK, AU, etc.)
We understand that sizing can be tricky when shopping from abroad. To ensure you can shop with confidence, we offer Returns for Store Credit subject to the following terms:
- Store Credit Only: If the item does not fit, you may return it for Store Credit. Please note that we do not issue cash refunds to the original payment method.
- Shipping Fee Deduction (Important): Original outbound shipping fees are non-refundable. For international orders that qualified for "Free Shipping", a flat outbound shipping and handling fee of $35 USD will be deducted from your final Store Credit amount.
- Return Shipping Cost: The customer is responsible for all costs associated with returning the item to our Hong Kong warehouse. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not liable for lost return packages.
- Timeline: Return requests must be initiated via email within 7 days of delivery.
- Condition: Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging (including the intact shoe box) in brand new condition.
3. DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE
We meticulously inspect every item before dispatch. In the unlikely event of receiving a defective or incorrect item, please notify us with photos within 48 hours of delivery. Upon verification, unproven.studio will immediately arrange a replacement or a full refund.
